Hi, we’re Dr. Cory & Jess!
Master Breathwork facilitators, teacher trainers, and business mentors for healers.
We’re known as the go-to secret weapon for leaders to heal from the inside out and unlock more freedom, abundance, and confidence. We’re a blend of masculine and feminine, practical and spiritual, and a kick in the butt and a whole lot of love.
You can count on us for a no B.S. approach,
to go to the deepest depths and have fun, and to guide you to real action and transformation. We LOVE stretching our clients to go farther than what you think is possible and to take your life, impact, and business to the next level while also enjoying the ride (because otherwise, what’s the point?!).

This program is perfect for you if you are a personal brand, spiritual or wellness entrepreneur, or coach, and you desire to grow a successful business in a way that feels nourishing for your energy and soul. You’re self-motivated, massively committed to your mission, and ready to shift deep within to reach your next level of expansion and freedom. You’re looking for a blend of strategy and embodiment as well as personal and business growth, and you understand that all are necessary to lead the business and life you desire.
There will be two calls per month. Every first Tuesday of the month, we’ll kick things off with a training call at 5-6:30pm CST, starting August 2 through January 3. The second call each month will alternate between a 60 min Q&A and a 90 min Breathwork journey and will take place the 3rd Wednesday at 5pm CST.
Yes! As long as you’ve already started your business, and you’re ready to dive deep within and bust through any limitations that are holding you back from your next level. You’ll embody the CEO you desire to be and master key inner and outer strategies to grow. Full transparency, if you’re looking for purely a business 101 program and how-to’s on things like creating an offer, building a mailing list, or getting followers, this is not the program for you.
