Because of the world we live in, no matter how intentional and careful we are, we can’t simply avoid the toxins we’re exposed to on the daily in the air, at the grocery store, in the building materials of our homes, in our plastic products, and when we’re driving our cars.

We invite you to join us, Dr. Cory & Jess (AKA The Healing Couple), for this live workshop where you’ll embark on a transformative Breathwork journey to maximize your body’s ability to detox and cleanse your body, mind, and energy for greater well-being.

Sunset Cliffs Yoga

LOCATION: 1343 Sunset Cliffs Blvd. at the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd. and Adair St. This is right next door to The Inn at Sunset Cliffs.

 

Join Jessica Waala for a magical yoga and sound healing class on Saturdays at 10:30am at one of the most beautiful places in San Diego… just look at this view! *Pre-registration is REQUIRED as spots are limited due to park regulations.


In this outdoor yoga class, you’ll flow through an all-levels (beginners welcome!) gentle vinyasa flow with Jessica. At the end, you’ll deeply release and relax with a soothing sound healing experience during savasana led by her partner, Cory. Prepare to leave feeling grounded, more inner peace and calm, and blissed out AF (AKA “yoga stoned”) 😉


Jessica is known for building community and bringing epic people together, cracking your heart open to who you really are, and giving the best hugs. She is also a Breathwork facilitator and teacher trainer as well as one half of The Healing Couple; joining forces with the love of her life, Cory, to help high achievers get out of their head, heal, and become free from the inside out. Together, they have supported thousands of lives globally through their programs, coaching, and classes + events.

WHAT TO BRING:
– Yoga mat
– Towel to put under mat

– Extra layers, in case it gets chilly

PARKING:
There are plenty of free parking lots and street parking available along Sunset Cliffs Blvd. as well as along Adair St. Please avoid blocking any driveways.
